About The Black Student Solidarity Network
Our Mission
The mission of the Black Student Solidarity Network is to connect and support Black students across Missouri and Kansas. We aim to create and sustain community with Black students, provide mutual aid to our communities and network members, and organize against White Supremacy within education.
Why We Started
The Black Student Solidarity Network was founded in response to racism and white supremacy within the educational system to end it. After centuries of dealing with the effects and the reality of being in an education system constructed against us, we have decided to fight back.
